Stock messaging app acting wonky (sometimes it won?t let me type the reply...

recs for a fix? (reg. messaging, not hangouts). I did try 2 other messaging apps so not sure if that?s what started it but I deleted them (and i can't delete stock msg app, right?)

Try clearing the cache for the Messaging app? Go to Settings>apps>swipe over to all apps>scroll down to Messaging.
