How can I get my Do not disturb working?

Do not disturb working at all!

Do not disturb not working on my Android phone. I have the setting but, after setting, No little moon. Also reset phone to factory settings from Verizon, and they told me everything including my pics would download from cloud, but said don't push the setting button for this to do at the store until I got home, due to data usage ( Use my Wi-Fi). I forgot how to do this! Please help on both issues, thank you!

WElcome to AC, and at first blush I would have to say it may be a Verizon issue. I had read that Verizon removed that feature from devices so they can (as they like to do) charge for a similar feature. So did your device ever have DND working on it, or it this a recent occurrence?
