Why does it show, on my NEW Android phone, show trusted credentials , but none on user?

Why om my NEW Android phone show trusted crendenticals , but none on user.

Also every time I I go to my email and I open up 1 email the next time I click it brings me to a totally unrelated page such as text capolazation?
