Which is the best app to clear the cache memory of Android device?

You can clear the cache very easily from your phone settings. You don't really need that sort of app. Which phone do you have?

In most phones you can clear cache app by app going to settings - apps. To clear all the cache used by apps just go to settings - storage - cached data.

If you want to wipe the cache partition (system cache) you'll have to boot your phone into recovery mode. The process is different depending on your device.

Unless you have a specific problem the could be related to cache files, they should not be cleared. Caches are there to speed up operation and best performance is usually achieved by just leaving them alone to do their job. Clearing caches also wastes power and CPU cycles since the caches will rebuilds themselves anyway. I never give cache files a thought.

But if you really feel you need to, Javier P gave a good explanation. No app required.

I wouldn't suggest any app. Most have extra "features" that would be more of a hindrance than a help. Follow the suggestion that Javier gave and you should be alright.

I don't know about the privacy issues, but I steer clear of optimization apps because they work against how Android is designed.
