Why don't I have MMS when on WIFI?

No MMS when on WIFI.

I have a Straight Talk Samsung Centura phone. And, apparently I can't send or receive MMS pictures or messages while I'm connected to WIFI. What kind of sense is that?

Any ideas how to change it? I talked to ST "support" for a half hour and got nowhere. Surprise.

Welcome to Android Central! Is mobile data turned on at the same time?

Typically mms is sent using data. Now with Verizons Message+ if you have their integrated message service you can send via wifi and not data. But using ST you might just have to rely on data.

That's just how MMS works.
