Why can't I open anything on my phone?

I touch anything on my phone she repeats what I touch but nothing want open can't do anything can even pull down the top thing please help had the phone only a couple of days starting to hate I change from my iphone

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think it's the phone's fault--you probably turned on TalkBack or a similar function in the Settings>Accessibility menu. Are you able to get back into the main System Settings? Can you open the App Drawer by tapping the App Drawer icon? If so, get over to the Settings icon, tap it, then select Accessibility and turn off TalkBack.
