Why have my SD card apps from app list turned gray?

SD card apps from app list turned grey

Things started when i removed safely my phone from pc but i did not turned off from my ph.
After dat all my sd card apps are not there launcher bt they can be seen in app list in grey color nd sd card written on it.
Also all apps are of 0bits.
If i try to move apps it say it doesn't exist.
Switching off nd reboot nt working also i removed sd card bt nothing changed.

Welcome to Android Central! So did you actually reinsert the microSD card into the phone? If apps are moved to SD, or if they are storing significant data there, then removing the SD may render those apps temporarily inoperable.
