Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried a good antivirus app like Malwarebytes or Lookout? If those aren't successful, you may have to do a factory reset. After the Setup Wizard is done, then go immediately to Google Play Store and stop any apps from automatically installing. Now reinstall apps one by one, watching out for the return of that malware.

Simple 1st you can unistall = monkey test and time services in setting...then 2nd work go in settings } unknown source = off.. then 3rd work go to in (app permissions) = On .... In your android kitkat version thanks bye take care...
