Can't Remove Extra Account from Facebook App

I have two profiles I keep logged in on my Facebook app that I switch between. I added a third recently that I now want to remove and I don't want it to show up in the list. But I'm unable to remove it. All my research says I should have a menu on this screen that will let me remove it, but that option doesn't appear there.

I'm on an older phone (Samsung Galaxy A20).

How can I remove this third profile on the bottom from the Facebook main app and Messenger logins?

If you go to your PHONE'S Settings, then go to Accounts, you should see a Facebook section or your FB accounts added there. You can remove from there as well.

Also, a 'quick and dirty' way is to just clear FB and/or Messenger's Cache and Data. That way the app goes back to a clean slate, but you'd also be logged out of the other two accounts.
