Why has my debit card been declined?

my debit card has been declined

I have registered my card details on my new Samsung which I used all the time on my iphone, i tried to purchase a song but it just comes up with this method of payment has been declined, can anyone tell me why?

It could be your institution. I had similar issues with my credit union where they had the PS blocked as an untrusted retailer. I had to ask for it to be added. Perhaps, even with their many security leaks, your institution sees Apple as a more trusted source.
