How do I fix the black screen with red/green start after dropping the phone?

how to fix the black screen with red/green stars after dropping the phone?

I can still hear and feel the vibration when the emails, texts, and calls are made, but can't see anything through the screen since it's black and covered with red/green stars. Do you know how to fix it instead of going to a shop or get a new phone? It's fairly a new phone. Thanks in advance for your help.

It sounds like the LCD has been damaged. What device is it?

It's almost definitely a broken LCD, and regardless of the model the screen has to be replaced. (The motherboard could also have cracked, so that would have to be replaced.)

Get an estimate, then compare that to the price of a good used phone of the same model. Sometimes it's cheaper to replace than to repair.
