Why do I get error messages when I try to open my camera app?

When I open my camera app it says "error" & "unable to connect camera "

Welcome to AC.

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Camera, and select Clear Cache.

If no go, try Safe Mode, which tests whether a third-party app is causing trouble. If the problem stops, you will have to identify the app responsible and uninstall it.

If still no go, get back to us.
