Changed the email password, now phone does not get email. How do I get it to sync again?

What are the steps to resink my phone to Microsoft exchange. I had to change my password in Outlook, and now my phone does not get my email.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you try removing the email account from the Email app, then adding it back again?
