Question What is android://telephony UI in Google Password Manager?

So I was going through my Google Password Manager and I cannot for the life of me figure this out; it’s showing this random URL for telephony UI and I have NO clue what it is.

This is the link, with a couple letters changed for privacy’s sake:
android://V2SbPZnRSTFA_94R2R0t-5pSyfTbWBdiEEd37dPJLzIxpy3W82TnTfWdDZtXlOjcsD0346_xCwXJ1QOYXXw%3D%3D@com.samsung.android.app.telephonyui/

And when I click to unhide the password, it looks to be one of the randomly generated ones that Chrome offers as an option.
The phone is an Android Samsung Galaxy a12 and I’m not the first owner of the phone. Could it be something left over from the previous owner? What does this go to?
Does anyone know what this is???

No, I never factory reset it. He just deleted “everything” and gave it to me. Thank you so much for your quick response!

Sorry for the delay in responding. Those are probably left over from his installations. But like @mustang7757 asked, who is the device from? Someone you know?
