What device do you have, and what carrier do you have?
Are you using a device that is branded to your carrier, or an unlocked device?
Have you tried contacting your carrier to see if there are any towers undergoing maintenance in your area?
Have you tried getting a new SIM from your carrier? When I've had connectivity issues, a new SIM resolved those for me.
