Harware keyboard on viking pro stopped working

My hardware keyboard on my viking 2in1 tablet suddenly stopped working. This is the third replacement in a month.first one didn't turn on.second got a cracked screen overnight in first 24 hours despite it not being moved.i have had this one w couple days and suddenly keybaord doesn't respond.any fix?

If this one doesn't work properly either, I would return it again and probably ask for refund, since 3 have been defective.
