How to unmerge/unlink all contacts (Lollipop/Samsung Galaxy J5)

Hi, I have just set up this phone and added my exchange account. I synced the contacts and all seemed fine. I then noticed that I was missing some contacts so on further checking I've found that some contacts are linked (for example 'Dad' was missing but it had linked itself to 'Mum and Dad' contact.

It was quite easy to unlink that one contact but I have no idea which other contacts have linked themselves. Is there a way to unlink every contact please?
