Any good androids with a physical keyboard?

I'm switching from Verizon to straight talk do I need a gsm phone that will work on att. I'm thinking of getting the nexus 4 but also thinking sbout getting a used phone until the nexus 5 comes out. Just for a change, are there any decent androids with a keyboard.(preferably not a slider but more like BlackBerry style)? I remember my old treo and it was a blast to type on.

I will take the first part of the question. St ATT is being phased out they quit selling Sims and are brutal with data users...more and more each day. Tmobile if it would work for you they prefer. They have sprint and Verizon. If you need ATT I would get a net10 Sim. Same company. Net10 has several Sim sizes. Unlocked gsm phones that have not been reported lost stolen can be used
