My Nexus 4 is still showing that it has Android version 4.3.
Is KitKat still rolling out or do I have a poblem?

Did you try the "check for updates" button?

It should have been updated by now. Are you rooted/bootloader unlocked? That may affect receiving the update.

I've been trying the "check for updates" button virtually every day for weeks - but with no joy. :-(

So far as I know - I'm not rooted/bootloader locked.

I'm not even aware of how to implement them.

Is there a way to check?
