Google Nexus 5 - Teaching voice control?

I'm wondering if there's a way to make voice control understand certain names that are spelled differently. For example, I want to text Genevieve, who goes by Genny and is pronounced Jenny. I've actually changed her contact profile to Jenny Genny in order to be able to use voice commands to text or call her. I'd like to be able to specify a hard or soft G I guess. Any advice?
