Nexus 5 Vibrate Settings Help

I'm looking some help please guys, this is really frustrating me.

I bought a Nexus 5 at the weekend and I can't stop it from vibrating when a call or SMS comes in. I have a vibrate off in settings > sound > call and ringtone vibrate and also in Hangout settings but it vibrates anyway.

Any ideas?

Edit - I've posted screen shots below showing my settings. Regardless of this it's vibrating anyway.

After some playing around I think I have this sorted out.

When the volume is down completely the Nexus vibrates, there is no way to stop this.

If I put it on silent it doesn't vibrate.

We really need a toggle to turn vibrate off completely.

I concur. Perhaps adding a toggle switch from HD widgets would facilitate this matter.

If you want to silence the phone without vibration...hold down the power button until the menu pops up...select the speaker with the line through it instead of the vibrating phone.
