Yikes! Cannot uninstall Supersu!

I went through the process to set up Orbot/Tor on my Nexus 7 2013, now I don't know how to get it off the Tablet and my OS back to unrooted. Tried Wipe, nope, tried uninstall and it's hard wired in like a Google App, I tried Disable but it seems to be keeping me from getting Lollipop 5.0.2 for Tablet, Tablet has to be rooted I think. So, how do I get Supersu off my Table and unroot and back to normal? ( That'll teach my azz to play! )
