Bestbuy selling "Brown Asus Nexus 7" 16Gb for $350 online. WTH?

My guess at a glance is that it's a possible place holder, though Best Buy has yet to get N7's in the USA. I like the color brown in general but not for a device

Edit: didn't notice the marketplace, which I'm not familiar but appears to be a third party seller using the Best Buy interface. Scam possibly or error in color.

Uh, I thought all of the current nexus 7 were officially "brown" even though they are really black. The box from my pre-order 8gb certainly says brown on it. Do yours say something else?

We are talking color here, arn't we? Can't find any color mention on my Nexus 7 16gb. I'll have to look at mine in the sun. What's with the $350, no matter what color?

They are selling N7s at the brick and mortar store here in queens NY.. My N7 is black, also.

Office Depot is selling the N7 with 32GB at $250 with the link below. Now that brown N7 could be the one with a 3G Cell Modem that Android Central has in the N7 FCC story in the news at the top of the page or just a place holder for Monday anoucement.

Looked at the bottom of my box. There isn't a "brown" or color blatantly listed, the only interpretation would be BRN = brown.

Interesting, mine actually says brown:

That is strange indeed. Mine is a C8O. Maybe it was originally supposed to be brown. Now that I think about it, my husband's asus transformer 1st gen looks like a metallic dark brown/black.

It is a Marketplace seller and the price is not actually $350. You need to add it to your cart to see the price (I didn't do it). If you go to 'Buying Options' there are two other companies selling it for $274 and $282. Guessing the price is less than $274 based on the order of the sellers listed.
