Quickest way to root after 4.3?

I just updated to 4.3 without thinking of how I was rooted... And now I lost root I already miss It and its been a hour... What do i do, step by step? Im a juge noob

I'm waiting for wugfresh to update his toolkit before I apply the update. However on his site he says this:

If you are impatient, to root 4.3 with v1.6.4 toolkit:
1. Flash TWRP with the toolkits advanced utilities - Flash "recovery" button
2. Place SuperSU v1.4.5 on your devices sdcard
3. Use Quick Tools - "reboot recovery" button
4. Flash the zip in TWRP.

So why would That be impatient is there a benefit of waiting... And for what

Well now it's a non-issue because he has released the updated toolkit (go to his site if you want more info)...

Yes 1.6.6 but I'm a noob and when I try to root it says fastboot device not found or something like that I got so frustrated I actually had to give up... Help? Lol

Did you enable USB Debugging?
