Is there a good manual for the Nexus 7 tablet with 5.1.1

I just purchased a Nexus 7 tablet 2013 and upgraded it to 5.1.1 so my wife can send and receive mail and search the internet when we are on vacation. Neither of us have ever used an Android product, however we are both very educated on Windows.

I have searched for a manual, but everything I find is for version 4.x and does not look anything like the screens we see on 5.1.1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
