and today it restarted around 1 am, then, it restarted at 5 again!

If multiple devices are rebooting it is probably not the hardware. You might want to reset the unit to factory new and not install any apps for a bit. If that works install small groups of apps and see if the rebooting occurs.

Also avoid side loaded apps until you get a handle on the issue

I heard a rumor from another forum that this should be fixed with the 4.4.3 update. Someone they know that works at Google that has the 4.4.3 update had the reboot issues that your having, and since getting this rumored update they have not had this issue anymore. The update is supposed to come out soon, but who knows. Again this is just a rumor, I just thought I would tell you what I've heard. I haven't had any issues with my nexus 7, but I hope you find a solution. I agree with the above post and would try resetting and troubleshoot the apps.

this thing seems to reboot twice a day on the days when it decides to reboot!

with my old tablet, it usually reboot once on the rebooting day.

----
my extra question. what kind problems will this cause in the future ?

Preppy. I see in your thread history http://forums.androidcentral.com/search.php?searchid=7709585 you've had reboot issues since you first picked up you Nexus 7 and seem to be on your 5th return.

I really don't see your experience as a pattern others in this space are experiencing.

Taking you at your word that your tablet really is having this many issues I have to suspect your installed apps. The only way to deduce the source is to stay on a factory reset system for a number of days. The initial Google updates required immediate restarts, but after that you should see the system stabilize. After that add only one or two apps back per day.

Thinking about it a little more...you listed restart timeslike the tablet is never turned off. Let the tablet sleep when you're asleep.

The past 2 weeks my N7 has been rebooting every other day all by itself. I hope 4.4.3 fixes this.
