OK After chatting with 3 different people at Sprint, I was finally told they could ship it to me. But they wanted to charge me $12. I said no, other people are getting it for free. So after 3 people and 40 minutes, they said, literally, "Great news, please call this number, they can help you." I told them this wasn't great news, because you see I still don't have a free ISIM card ordered and I have now wasted 40 minutes just to get a phone number of someone who may or may not be able to help me. I let them know this, and I ended the chat. I then realized the phone number he gave me was missing a digit. Man I was furious, so I went ahead and called the number listed in a post above, 866-203-1816, remained calm, and went through 3 more people before Jo (not her real name I am sure) assured me that a LTEGSM 4FF REM ISIM V2 would be arriving at my house on the 17th, for no charge.
