Google pixel 2 xl battery life sucks

I've been using my phone very little today and the battery is draining like crazy compared to the days when I'm using it constantly. This morning right before I unplugged it, I started constantly off and on vibrating every second and no notification was going. Don't know of that has anything to do with it but maybe. Just help me please.

The vibrating would definitely put a tax on your battery; as vibration in particular causes more of a battery drain than sound.

I too would recommend restarting your device. And if you are still getting these vibrations, back up all of your important data and then do a factory reset. Did you buy insurance through Google or your carrier?

That's a bug, not sucky battery life. Thread title is pretty misleading.
