OTA is out - 108.6mb on Pixel 3, unlocked model. Just checked and it was there.

It's downloading on my Pixel 2 now. It's 84.9MB and is taking a while. I'm in Mexico with Telcel as a service provider and have a Pixel 2. All it says is that it "fixes critical bugs and improve the performance and stability of your Pixel 2."

Now it's "optimizing apps" and that's taking quite a few minutes, too. I have about 60 apps total.

Nothing on mine yet, unlocked with T-Mobile SIM and as expected doesn't show up immediately with T-Mobile SIM. Will sideload, who has the patience to wait

The installs are deliberately slow, installing in the bavkgybso you can keep working. The benefit is once it's done it's a quick reboot as opposed to a long reboot a few operating systems ago.
