I'm currently on Google Fi with my Pixel 2 XL. It is getting a little glitchy but the battery life is still very much acceptable. I had been looking at the 3A and 3A XL for a while, and Google is having a sale with Fi activation within 30 days. Te 3A is 299.00 and the 3A XL is 359.00. Battery life and camera are the most important things to me.......is it time to pull the trigger? What do you guys think?

I think they would be fine choices. I'm also wondering if you've done a factory reset on your Pixel 2. That might improve the performance.

I've read that the battery life on the 3a xl is very good .....how is it with the 3a? Thanks for the responses guys.
3a been mixed with SOT anywhere from 3.5 to 5...have gotten 7 once , but a day battery regardless and another thing for some reason it charged faster then my pixel 3xl don't know why .

Well I'm up and running with my new 3A XL. It's funny, that when I loaded my last backup from my 2XL, it even had all the icons loaded at the identical spot on my home screen. Everything is almost identical to my 2XL, and for the first time my learning curve is close to "zero". I can tell a slight difference in speed and sometimes loading time but this was nothing that I didn't expect. For the 359.00 I paid, I'm thrilled overall by the unit and so far lives up to all it's reviews.

I just went from a 2XL to a 3A XL and have zero regrets. The speed is fine but the screen is MUCH better on the 3A XL. Seems almost like the same phone otherwise except longer security updates...

I did notice the security updates did take a little longer. I like the display, and trust me when I tell you a great display would be wasted on these eyes.....but they seemed pretty equal and I was also happy with the display overall. Now I'm just checking out the battery life to see what kind of SOT I'll get. I'm on my initial charge and that's been 24 hours, and that's with the initial install, downloading of apps and security updates and I'm still on 40% with about 3:40 SOT.
