Sometimes when you get an update for the Webview it goes in two stages, first it's installed again and then updated. Weird, I know.Yes, Play Store. Will try Javier P suggestion
Can you stop that installation? Can you post a screenshot of the Play Store screen?force stop - clear cache did not work, still shows installing
I mean stopping from Google Play, not the settings. There should be an "X" symbol or something similar.As soon as I force stop and go to Play Store, it shows installing.
I guess if nothing else works you would need to force stop and clear data for the Play Store app. It seems to work for many users with a similar problem.From Play store app, I see no X to stop install.

Delete all data from google play store and restart your cell phone.
This worked for me.
