Bicycle Mount

I do road cycling and would like to get a new mount for my Pixel XL. Does anyone have a good recommendation?

for a Nexus 5 on my road bike.

I liked the setup, but I have to admit that the Nexus 5 in question was a "spare" phone, not my primary which, at the time, was a Nexus 6 followed by a Nexus 6P. The 5 did drop to the road one time when the two halves of the Seidio case apparently were not fully locked together; the half with the mount adhered to the back stayed on the bike, the other half and the phone hit the road at about 18 mph and the phone suffered some damage to one corner.

Of course, that was my fault and not the fault of the mount itself which I would rate highly.

All in all, I would be really hesitant to stick my Pixel XL to my bike, no matter how good the mount.

Try quad lock mounts, a bit pricey but very stable. They have a stem mount that I have on my bike that has worked very well
