Why am I unable to access my Play Store account?

[AC Question]

i am unable to access my play store account

it continues to say " unfortunately play store has stopped working"i have cleared all cache n force stop reboot as well and it its still not working.

Try removing your Google account and then put your details back in this may work I have spoken to Google about this it seems to be a known issue but they don't understand why is happens
