What Apps can be uninstalled?

I own a note 3 and I do not have enough memory to download new apps or to update my Gmail ... are there any built in apps that I can uninstall without affecting how other apps run?
Also I'm assuming that I can free up much space by saving my pictures and videos to a microsd card? Any advice on how to properly do that without corrupting my files?

Use a file manager app like MyFiles or ES File Explorer to move files from Internal Storage to the microSD card. You can also connect the phone to your computer via USB and use Windows Explorer to transfer the files. Be aware that files on the SD card are at somewhat higher risk for getting corrupted, so make sure you also back them up to your computer hard drive or to the cloud.
