I have the Plantronics Voyager Legend for my Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and overall I'm very happy with the headset. However, the auto sensor does not work when I have the headset off. I should be able to answer the phone and talk on my phone using just my phone when I'm not wearing the headset. I've done the firmware update to my headset, and it says everything is up to date and my auto sensor is turned on. Anybody else have this problem or know how I can make the auto sensor work properly?
