How do you clear out your downloads list on the HTC Droid Eris

The list of downloads like pulled down from the notification bar, or which list??

you can clear the notification bar, but if you are talking about the market place downloads, i don't beleave there is, it shows all your current installed apps, and also where you unistall the app.

You could do a factory reset...seems a bit extreme but that should clear it.

Delete the application.
Open Market on your phone.
Close Market.
Re-open Market and download is no longer in the list unless it was a paid application.

You can erase the whole database, but once you open the market again and refresh the list is rebuilt. What exactly is the problem and maybe someone here can give you a solution.
