gps bug

I thought i read about a supposed gps bug during the initial launch of the phone. Well I've never had a problem so I did.t really pay attention. Using Google maps and walking around NYC was accurate and that's all i ask for. But lately it seems after the major update about a month ago, my GPS always shows me a few blocks off on Google maps. (in multiple cities, I travel for work, not just NYC) I don't use telenav for driving much since i have a gps in my car but i did try it recently and it basically couldn't figure out anything. Wouldn't even recalculate while driving. It just kinda assumed I was stuck in a corner and not going anywhere till i rebooted the phone and tried again. Is this a known issue. It seemed perfect until the update about a month ago?
