So much depends on where you are in relation to the tower. In my garage I get about what you posted, but in the next town South I get 9.3 down and 1.5 up which is plenty quick for me. So quick that my buddy using LTE downloads a 5MB song about 1.5 seconds faster than me, which is fine considering if I used Verizon with their tiered data I'd be paying $110.00 a month instead of $60.00 with my discount. (Please don't argue people: Verizon with 5GB tiered, unlimited text, and 450 minutes is $109.99) LTE is nice, but not nice enough to justify almost double the price. It doesn't render webpages any faster than me on WiFi or 4G either.
