Too funny. I had a problem with Sprint e-mailed Hesse directly along with the whole executive team. The following morning I received phone call after phone call from several on the executive team. Within hours my problem was fixed and a new phone was waiting for me at a local store.

Soooooo thats the trick with Sprint... Just Email Hesse... Whats his Email?!
I think every Evo Owner needs him in his Contacts just in case ;)

His info should come preloaded in your contact list if he is all about his 30 guarantee thing. haha
