Displaying the Clock while charging

I just picked up the Slide and upgraded from the Palm Pre. I'm digging it so far but was wondering if there's a way to make the clock display when it's charging. The Palm Pre made for a nice little desk clock while it was chillin' on the touchstone all day.

Go into your programs and select the desk clock application, it will black out the screen and show your clock and any alarms you have set.

If you still have the clock on the homescreen just click that and then you should be able to choose either the night(moon/star) symbol or the computer with a clock symbol and it will will do the same as what Future recomended.

Another Pre convert here...

Mine seems to go into a "screen saver" mode after the clock display has been up for a few minutes. Shows just the time and jumps around to different locations on an otherwise black screen.

Yes, I have the keep on while charging enabled.
