I have never used Bluetooth in a car with the HTC One or any phone really and rented a Avalon which I got connected. But the Navigation voice is lower than the mp3 music volume and didn't even play when listening to the radio. Is there something I haven't adjusted or set up?

On Toyota's Entune, you have to hit Audio then select Bluetooth as the source on the radio. Volume buttons on the phone will control the volume to a degree once you find a comfortable volume setting on the radio. You can't listen to the radio (XM/Sirius/AM/FM) while trying to use Google NAV or any other app on your phone unless you do it this way.
