HTC media link HD problem after Kitkat

Hi, before update HTC media link was perfectly working but now after Kitkat it has serious lagging problem. I' ve been checking all the settings but no success. I use the media link a lot to show movies to my daughters, netflix, etc. After KK it shows the movies in both screens (TV and phone) as a mirror image. Previously you can select the media player in the menu settings (3 dots at top right corner) when viewing movies. Please can anyone help? Thks!

Hi, may I know have your problems been solve yet?
I won't purchase if this problem can't be fix.
