bad seed kernel caused wifi problems and when I flashed bare bones and hypernova firewater still failed

"whelp this sucks firewater can not work on your device." I used the regular method and I used the weaksauce method. I never tried the temproot method.

I don't understand why am I getting the "whelp this sucks, firewater can not work on your device" message? What am I doing wrong? Firewater should work considering I am on an older firmware. I tried firewater on Bare Bones rom and Hypernova custom kernel. Do I need to try firewater on a different rom like cyanogenmod? I have a sprint HTC One M8 and I am on 4.4.2 and my software version is 1.54.651.10 My Hboot is 3.16.0.0000 and my os is 1.54.651.10.

Because it wont, some it works on some dont and there is nothing you can do about it but use sunshine

Maybe there is still hope for me. xunholyx from xda forums said to try firewater multiple times and firewater can work. Also perhaps restoring a stock backup can make firewater work too right? Should I try the weaksauce method to make firewater work?

It's worth a try, but as we've been saying for weeks, Sunshine is probably your only option.

weaksause is a temp root for verizon. It does no good on a sprint phone

No, your only option is to use SunShine.
