I hope that it goes well. With the update window missed, by their very own admission, I hope they are not rushing the bits out the door.

Please let us know if it's 5.0.1 or 5.0.2. So far, it seems the North American models are getting 5.0.2, which is great.

Same here 6:54PM CST in Houston

OTA's are always staged rollouts so it's luck of the draw for whoever gets the update. What's weird though is that NO ONE seems to even have the update at all as it was said to be today. Hell, even HTC's website says that T-Mobile M8's are Stage 4 - Complete for Lollipop.

Ah, kind of a bummer that most sources are saying today when T-Mobile is actually gonna push it tomorrow

Just got the update also. Downloaded fast, took a while to update & do the optimization of apps but running smooth. The font size in the Top bar =Time, Battery and stuff seems smaller now, which I like.

WARNING I downloaded update on T-Mobile and it almost bricked my m8. after the update it went black screen for 10 minutes I could do nothing then it turned on and I had a bunch of warnings this didn't work that didn't work and I had to keep clicking don't send like five thousand times and then I rebooted somehow I managed to reboot between all those warnings . I had to update all apps also. Just be very careful and the people saying it causes battery drain is true. I had a hundred percent battery at first update I am down to 50 percent after 40 minutes of use. Had I had another choice I'd wait longer
