Will an HTC One M9 for T-mobile work on the verizon network?

Got one cheap. SIM card doesn't fit, I'm assuming I can get the right sized one at Verizon. Just a question of whether the phone's radios will work.

How about with AT&T?

It will work with limited connectivity. You may not have voice on it.
TMO verison is GSM / LTE and the Verizon version is CDMA / LTE. So you will likely have data connectivity but the voice will not work unless VoLTE kicks in but even then im not sure that will work.
Your better off getting a Verizon phone.
