I'm really sorry if someone else has already posted on this issue, I have had a browse and cant see anything (am new to this forum though so might be missing the obvious). I updated my HTC One S to android 4.1.1 over Christmas and ever since I have randomly and frequently been getting the message on screen 'PUK code is locked, please contact customer care'. To clear it I have to remove the SIM and restart, it initially only happened once a week but is now happening two or three times a day.
I have tried phoning t-mobile for help but they didnt know the answer, and EE want to send my phone away for two weeks to be fixed. Was hoping that someone on here might know of a simpler solution so I dont lose my phone for two weeks?
