show tap wont turn off

Hi. I just turned on the show tap under input in developer options.but now when i turn it off i still see the white dot coming after each tap on the scree.i even turned off the developer options and restarted my phone but it didnt help.what should i do?

Welcome to the forums. That's strange. Switching developer options off should be enough to reset to default values. Just in case, go to settings - display & gestures and make sure that 'glove mode' is disabled.
