Camera damage?

Hello, so i have noticed maybe aome defdect to my camera on direct light it act strangly. I checked camera leens there isn't crack or anything but there is few scratches idk how but there is maybe thats the reason?

Maybe thats just normal i didnt notice it before but i was checking that photo lost and didnt see many fotos in light..

They used to sell camera lenses "scratched (probably etched) that way - to get exactly the effect you see in your first and third pictures. Yes, it is the scratches.
