My Huawei phone P8 lite 2017 went into fastboot rescue mode and can't unlock it, how can I fix this?

I have a Huawai P8 lite 2017. He is blocked (black screen with huawai logo).
I tried to reboot: it doesn't work
I tried to shutdown: It doesn't work
I tried to download latest version and recovery: it doesn't work neither.

Please could help me because I really don't know what to do?
