adb problem

If anyone would care to help..

I cannot get adb to work at all.

Ive got the sdk installed, have debugging mode turned on, im running the commands from the correct directory.. But no matter where My phone sits I get nothing but error: device not found.

I can't get my phone to be listed under adb devices.


Any assistance would be AWESOME.

Just came back to say nevermind. I appreciate you offering to help, but after switching from the drivers included with htc sync to the drivers you get through the sdk im able to detect it finally.

Now on the the fun part.
